The regulations of BALTIC DISC GOLF SIA apply when shopping at the PAR3 store, accessible online at: www.par3.lv or www.par3.eu
BALTIC DISC GOLF SIA reserves the right to amend the store's regulations at its discretion without prior notice. The applicable terms for the customer are those in effect at the time of order submission (as specified in the order).
Customers cannot place orders for goods on the www.par3.eu online store unless they have reviewed the store's regulations. In all cases, it is considered that the customer has reviewed and agreed to the regulations by confirming this prior to placing an order by clicking "Agree." If a customer partially or fully disagrees with all or any part of the terms, they should not place an order (i.e., decline the order). Otherwise, it is considered that the customer has fully reviewed and agreed to all store regulations.
The www.par3.eu nline store accepts no liability for losses arising if a customer fails to review the store's regulations, despite being provided the opportunity and recommendations to do so.

To order goods from the www.par3.eu online store, customers must register on the website by entering a username and password. The store guarantees that registration does not imply the customer will receive informational messages, except for those related to order processing and delivery. Order Submission Terms
Customers select items online to create a shopping cart and provide required delivery information: name, surname, address, phone number, etc. This data is used solely for sales and delivery purposes in compliance with EU data protection regulations.
After choosing a payment method, customers confirm their details and submit the order. Customers are given the chance to correct data before submission. Orders are not confirmed until customers acknowledge the store's regulations by marking them as read and agreed upon.
Once an order is submitted, it is forwarded to the store administration and deemed received upon confirmation. A contract between the customer and the store is considered concluded upon payment receipt. Order details are stored in the store database as per EU regulations.
Guarantees and Pricing
Each product's attributes are specified on the website. Customers acknowledge that due to monitor characteristics, product colors or shapes may differ slightly from reality. Prices include VAT and are displayed in euros. If discrepancies arise in delivered goods, customers are to notify the store promptly for resolution.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed via Visa/Mastercard through MakeCommerce. Orders are fulfilled only after payment is received.
Returns
Customers can exchange or return goods within 14 days of receipt if the goods are unused, undamaged, and retain their original appearance, including packaging and labels. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the return form submission. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Delivery
Goods are delivered within 2–18 business days via Latvian Post, OMNIVA, or DPD. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the customer.
Other Provisions
The contract and communications are conducted in Latvian, with additional support available in English. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or Latvian courts if necessary. Customers have the right to return goods under Latvia's "Distance Agreement Regulations" if the goods are unused and unaltered.
